About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of agricultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About development of agricultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 483) the following changes:
Article 2 to add 1) with paragraphs the ninth and tenth the following content:
"progressive innovative technologies of agricultural industry - set of consistently performed actions for creation of the new, improved organization of agricultural production on the basis of use of results of scientific research and the advanced know-how;
private practice - type of activity on rendering agricultural services out of organizations of the state and municipal systems of agro-industrial complex at the expense of personal means of citizens, the companies and the organizations according to the signed agreements.";
Item 4 of part 2 of Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"4) hardware and implementation of progressive innovative technologies in agro-industrial complex;";
3) in Article 5:
a) add part 1 with Item 3 following of content:
"3) implementation of private practice in system of agro-industrial complex.";
b) add Article with part 3 following of content:
"3. The procedure of private practice in system of agro-industrial complex is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
4) in Article 8:
a) to state the name of Article in the following edition: "Article 8. Technical supply and implementation of progressive innovative technologies in the agrofood sector of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic";
b) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"Technical supply and implementation of progressive innovative technologies in the agrofood sector of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic is performed by means of:";
c) add Article with Items 5-9 of the following content:
