Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 443-FZ "About federal information address system and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 7008; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4129; No. 31, Art. 4457) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

The data on addresses containing in the state address register shall correspond to municipal legal acts, regulatory legal acts of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow, St. Petersburg or Sevastopol, to the documents accepted by the organization recognized by managing company according to the Federal Law of September 28, 2010 No. 244-FZ "About the innovative center "Skolkovo" and also to the rules of assignment, change, cancellation of addresses established by the Government of the Russian Federation, including requirements to structure of the address.";
