Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of January 14, 1993 No. 4292-1 "About perpetuating of memory of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 7, Art. 245; Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4631; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4561; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1660; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4160; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7562; 2018, No. 30, Art. 4549; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2012) following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second part one of Article 2 of the word "preserving and improvement of military burials" shall be replaced with words "burial and reburial of remains of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland, preserving and improvement of military burials";

Article 3 to add 2) with part three of the following content:

"The questions connected with military burials in the territories of other states are regulated by international treaties of the Russian Federation.";

3) in Article 4:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"Burial (reburial) of the dead in case of protection of the Fatherland is performed with afterfeast of military honors. Responsibility regarding afterfeast of military honors is conferred on bodies of military management. At the same time holding religious practices is not forbidden.";

b) the second to state part in the following edition:
