About modification of Rules of implementation of the state control of gemstones

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in Rules of implementation of the state control of gemstones (appendix No. 2 to appendix No. 13 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30) the following changes:

a) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. When implementing the state control of the processed gemstones intended for export from customs area of the Union in addition to the documents specified in Item 5 of these rules the following documents are submitted:

a) the shipping specification reflecting the complete range of the processed gemstones in quantitative and value term;

b) the certificate of use of the raw gemstones for production of gemstones according to the agreement in foreign trade (contract) constituted in form according to appendix No. 4;

c) the documents confirming origin (acquisition) of gemstones and legality of ownership with them (the contract, the intermediary agreement, the act of issue, the specification (the sheet of picking));

d) other documents, stipulated by the legislation state member.";

b) exclude appendix No. 5.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
