According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", "About financial records audit and auditor activities" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts eight of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Make changes to form of the Notification of the National commission on securities and the stock market by the company which constitutes public interest, about subject of auditor activities which will provide services in financial records audit, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 31, 2019 43, registered on February 27, 2019 for No. 199/33170, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. Action of this decision does not extend to banks.
3. To provide to department of the analysis of the financial reporting of members of the capital markets and prudential supervision (Ya. Ponomarenko):
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
