Bring in paragraph two of article 9.3 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4208; 2016, to No. 26, the Art. 3891) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles or deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of three up to six months; on officials - from three thousand to five thousand rubles.".
