attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from three million to five million rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.";

b) add with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. Public distribution of the information denying the facts determined by sentence of the International military tribunal for court and punishment of the chief war criminals of the European countries of axis, or approving the crimes established by the specified sentence, and equally public distribution of obviously false data on activities of the USSR in the years of World War II, about veterans of the Great Patriotic War, including made with use of mass media or information and telecommunication networks (including Internet network), -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on legal entities at the rate from three million to five million rubles with confiscation of subject of administrative offense or without that.".
