in Rules of transportation of the passengers, baggage and loads on air transport approved by the specified order:
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. The passenger or person, when implementing booking of transportation on behalf of the passenger, informs airline not later than 5 calendar days prior to flight in the following cases:
1) limited mobility of the passenger;
2) transportations of the minor passenger;
3) decrease in function (absence) in sight, hearing of the passenger interfering independent movement;
4) in case with the subitem 3) this Item of escort of seeing eye dog;
5) availability of infectious disease;
6) pregnancies more than 22 weeks;
7) in case of availability of children's autism, Asperger's syndrome, atypical autism;
8) transportations of animal (birds);
9) availability of baggage of the superestablished regulation of transportation or large-size, heavyweight baggage, according to Item 54 of these rules;
10) availability of baggage which needs to be transported only in inside of the aircraft;
11) transportations of weapon, ammunition.
