1. Make changes to Regulations on procedure for passing of military service by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to No. PP-4447 approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 12, 2019 according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov.

1. In Item 92:

2. State Item 146 in the following edition:
"146. Transfer of the contract serviceman in the order of the commander (chief) and implementation of the corresponding payments is made in the following cases and in the corresponding terms:
a) in cases of dismissal in connection with holding organizational and regular actions or appointment to other position - no more than two months.
At the same time are paid to the serviceman:
salary on military rank; official pay rate on the last held main position; length-of-service allowance, the allowance at the expense of Special fund of material stimulation (to 15 percent), one-time cash allowance; monetary compensations instead of food ration, and also for employment (sublease) of housing according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
