I. To change the instruction about departure and receipt of documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents as follows:

1) throughout all text the word "bank" in any grammatical form is supplemented with words "(its department)";

2) throughout all text of the word "bank account", "bank/payment account" and "payment/bank account" in any grammatical form "the bank account and/or the payment account" in the corresponding grammatical form is replaced with the text.

II. Publishes this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
