About introduction of amendments to the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992

Art. I. - In the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. 4) article 7 parts one after the words "in case of impossibility of provision of permits" to add Item with the words "or in the presence of medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment".
2. In Article 8:
1) parts one after the words "in case of impossibility of provision of permits" to add Item with the words "or in the presence of medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment";
1) parts three after the words "if provision of permits is impossible" to add Item with the words "or in the presence of medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment".
3. In Item 1) to add article 13 parts one after the words "in case of impossibility of provision of permits" with the words "or in the presence of medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in four-months time to bring the regulations into accord with provisions of this law.
