About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10555, it is published on May 8, 2015 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to Item 8 of Article 61 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008 I ORDER:";
in the Rules and terms of development of the forecast of social and economic development (further - Rules) approved by the specified order:
10) of Item 10 to exclude the subitem;
7) of Item 18 to exclude the subitem;
state Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. When refining the forecast of social and economic development requirements for development and approval of the forecast of social and economic development at the second stage, at appropriate levels of public administration, established by these rules are observed.";
state Item 27 in the following edition:
"27. Coordination of activities of executive bodies of areas (areas (the cities of regional value), offices of akims of the cities of district value, villages, settlements, rural districts), the cities of republican value, the capital in case of development of the forecast of social and economic development of the region, the city of republican value, the capital is performed by authorized body on state planning of area, city of republican value, the capital.";
appendices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to the specified Rules to state in edition according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 and 5 to this order.
2. To provide to department of the macroeconomic analysis and forecasting in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
