Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2009 No. 1107 "About approval of the Regulations on representations of the state customers of the defense order at the companies, in organizations and the organizations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 81, Art. 2737; 2011, No. 14, the Art. 574) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2021 No. 170
1. In the resolution:
1) in the name of the resolution of the word of "the state customers by the defense order" shall be replaced with words "the state customers in the field of defense";
And figures of "part three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the state defense order" shall be replaced with words 2) in the prolog of the resolution of the word also in figures of "part two of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "On defense purchases";
3) in Item 1 of the word of "the state customers by the defense order" shall be replaced with words "the state customers in the field of defense".
2. In Regulations on representations of the state customers of the defense order at the companies, in organizations and the organizations, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name and Item 1 of the Provision of the word of "the state customers by the defense order" shall be replaced with words "the state customers in the field of defense";
