About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning renewal of carrying out tenders on holding the posts of public service and other questions of public service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 38, Art. 385; 2014, No. 13, Art. 223; 2016, No. 4, Art. 43; 2019, No. 43, Art. 250; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of November 17, 2020 No. 1009-IX):

Part the fourth Article 9 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. The first deputy minister, deputy ministers give obligatory for execution by government employees and workers of the office of the ministry and its territorial authorities (in case of education) orders";

2) in part six of Article 11 of the word and figure "cases, the stipulated in Article 87-1 Law of Ukraine "About public service" and" to exclude;

2. In part seven of article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 13, Art. 222; 2019, No. 43, the Art. 250) words and figures "except cases, the stipulated in Article 87-1 Law of Ukraine "About public service", and" to exclude.

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About public service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 4, Art. 43 with subsequent changes):

1) in Item 2 parts one of Article 15 of the word "no more than five" shall be replaced with words "no more than three";

Part the fourth Article 27 to state 2) in the following edition:
