About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473 "About measures for enhancement of regulation of turnover of military, office, civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus":
the interlinear note "*" to Item 1 after the word of "examinations" to add with the words "The Public Courier Service under the Ministry of Communications and Informatization";
in Item 3 shall be replaced with words the word "provide" ", to provide to the Public courier service under the Ministry of Communications and Informatization";
in Regulations on turnover of military, office, civil weapon and ammunition to it in the state military forming and paramilitary organizations, customs authorities, bodies of prosecutor's office and the State inspection of protection of animal and flora in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
Item 7 part one after the word of "cases" to add with words "Ministry of Communications and Informatization";
in Item 15:
third to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the militarized protection of the operating organization of nuclear power plant it is performed on a grant basis in military unit of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";
the fourth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"the militarized protection of the operating organization of nuclear power plant, internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which are stored in military unit, it is determined by the local legal act of the operating organization of nuclear power plant in coordination with head department of the internal troops commander of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";
in Regulations on the turnover of office and civil weapon and ammunition to it in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
