3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About order of registration of contracts and budget obligations of the organizations consisting on the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 18, 2010 No. 248" of October 31, 2013 No. 586.
