e) to state paragraph two of part 6 in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles, or administrative detention for a period of up to thirty days, or obligatory works for a period of hundred till two hundred o'clock; on officials - from twenty thousand to forty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from seventy thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.";

3) in Article 20.2:

a) the paragraph one of part 1 after words "parts 2 - 4" to add with the words "and 9";

b) add with parts 9 and 10 of the following content:

"9. Violation by the organizer of public action of established procedure of collection, return, transfer in the income of the federal budget or expenditure of money to the organization and holding public action, non-presentation or untimely submission to authorized body of the report on expenditure collected for the organization and holding public action of money and (or) other property or its representation in incomplete amount or in the distorted type -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; on officials - from twenty thousand to forty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from seventy thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.

10. The transfer (transfer) of money and (or) other property for the organization and holding public action which is commited by person which has no right to list (to transfer) money and (or) other property for this purpose according to the Federal Law, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from ten thousand to fifteen thousand rubles; on officials - from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.".
