About modification of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods

1. Bring in appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices of civil appointment including which are built in or being part of other goods (appendix No. 15 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30), the following changes:

a) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Magnetic and resonant tomographs, systems of magnetic and resonant tomography working in strips of radio frequencies:

13560 kHz +/-1,0 of % or 13424 - 13696 kHz;

14600 kHz +/-1, % or 14 348 - 14852 kHz;

40, 68 MHz +/-1, % or 40,2 - MHz 41,1;

63, 8 MHz +/-1,26 of % or 62,90 - MHz 64,61;

81, 36 MHz +/-1, % or 80,5 - MHz 82,2;

127, 7 MHz +/-0,63 of % or 126,8 - MHz 128,51.";

b) to state the subitem 9 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"9) the radio-receiving means which are not containing the radio radiating devices, including built in or being part of other devices;".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
