About modification of the Procedure for accomplishment of requests of legal entities and physical persons by archive organizations based on archive documents and execution of archive references (copies, statements)
According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations" I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for accomplishment of requests of legal entities and physical persons by archive organizations based on archive documents and execution of archive references (copies, statements) approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 02, 2015 No. 295/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2015 for No. 251/26696, the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
to add Item 3 after the words "Request of Physical Person" with words "social and legal nature, property";
in item 4:
in paragraph one "information" to exclude the word;
exclude paragraph two.
With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the second;
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Documents go to physical persons or legal entities together with the cover letter in electronic or paper type to the e-mail address or the postal address specified in request.";
in Item 5:
shall be replaced with words the words "on the official website of archive, the publication in mass media" "on the official website of archive, promulgation different way.";
add Item with new paragraphs second and third the following content:
