1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
add item 4 with subitem 4.38-3 of the following content:
"4.38-3. interacts with mass media, performs promotion of information on the global computer Internet for the purpose of illumination of the questions concerning activities of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production, except for information, distribution and (or) representation to whom is limited;";
in Item 5:
add Item with subitem 5.1-1 of the following content:
"5.1-1. sends to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Cable Agency" and the National center of legal information press releases to the regulatory legal acts which are affecting the rights, freedoms and obligations of citizens and legal entities and establishing new or essentially changing the existing approaches to legal regulation of the public relations which developer is Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production, no later than three working days following behind day of acceptance (edition) of such regulatory legal acts in time;";
to exclude from subitem 5.7 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
state subitem 5.8 in the following edition:
"5.8. determines for state-financed organizations of the public veterinary service, and also public institutions subordinated to Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production:
procedure of payments of the planned salary fund of workers;
standard states and standard rates of number of workers, except for organizations of education;";
to exclude Item 7 of appendix 2 to this resolution;
