Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 "About ensuring activities of state-financed organizations" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2020 No. 482 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 475
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2019 No. 948 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2019 No. 475" the following changes:
to state subitem 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.2. the list of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers according to appendix 2.";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Approve Regulations on procedure and the amount of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers it (is applied).";
add the resolution with Regulations on procedure and the amount of the stimulating and compensating payments to employees of the centers it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
