1. The twentieth Item 1 §50 after words" (in case of its carrying out)" to add the paragraph with words and figures ", except the cases provided by the paragraph the second Item 3 §37-2 these Regulations".
2. To add Item 7 of appendix 4 after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Information on the direction of the draft of the regulatory legal act in the National agency concerning prevention of corruption for determination of need of conducting anti-corruption examination is specified (with indication of receipt date of the draft of the act in the National agency and reference number of the cover letter).".
