About modification of appendix No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" concerning compensation in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to appendix No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine of December 15, 2020 No. 1082-IX "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" according to appendix to this Law.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in week time from the date of publication of this Law to determine procedure for provision of compensation in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy on payment of electrical energy by the population which lives in the apartment houses (including, in apartment houses of hotel type, apartments and hostels) equipped in accordance with the established procedure with electroheating installations (including, in the rural zone) by the population which lives in the apartment houses which are not installed gas by natural gas and in which are absent or systems of centralized heat supply (including, in the rural zone), and also large, foster homes and orphanages of family type do not function.
