1.1. in Article 19.1 of the word "in single fund" shall be replaced with words "in the state Social Security Fund" and to add this Article with the third offer of the following content:
"The state Social Security Fund - the trust state financial fund which is in state-owned property and having the independent budget out of the government budget managed by body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority.";
1.2. in Article 19.2 of the word "in single fund" shall be replaced with words "in the state Social Security Fund".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
