in the Charter of service of fire service, the approved specified order:

the fifth Item 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"strictly observes the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, fulfills requirements of charters, manuals, orders and other regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry);";
