About modification and amendments in the Law "About the State Non-profit Organizations"

Article 1. In article 16 of the Law of October 23, 2001 No. ZR-248 "About the state non-profit organizations":

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The full age capable citizen of the Republic of Armenia having the higher education and professional working life in the respective area at least three years can be appointed to position in executive body if other is not provided by the law.";

To add 2) with parts 1.1-1.8, 7 and 8 of the following content:

"1.1. In executive body of the state organization are appointed to position on tender.

1.2. Tender is carried out in two steps - testings and interviews. All process of interview is removed on the video camera.

1.3. The participants who overcame test stage of the competition held for substitution of vacant position of executive body of the state organization during the interview represent the concepts of development and reform of the relevant state organization developed by them to tender committee.

1.4. The general procedure and criteria of tender of executive bodies of the state organizations, elections (appointment) establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the cases except for established by the law.

1.5. To the announcement and carrying out tender for vacant post in executive body person whose competence includes position assignment appoints to vacant post the acting as person meeting requirements of part 1 of article 16 of this Law or if it is provided by articles of organization - the deputy of executive body for up to six months.

1.6. If the announced competition for vacant post in executive body is considered cancelled, then the term of continuance in office of the acting as can be extended by the solution of face which competence includes position assignment, for the term which is not exceeding the term established by part 1.5 of this Article.
