2. Determine that issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation before the date of entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution, the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation concerning products included in the Section XXV of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 in No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" and also other products of the industry of musical instruments and the sound equipment which is not included in the Section XXV of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.
3. The changes approved by this resolution become effective since March 1, 2021, except for the changes concerning products corresponding to the OKPD2 26.40.41.000, 26.40.42 codes. 110, 26.40.31.190, 26.40.42.120, 26.40.43.110, 26.40.43.120, which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
