Article 1

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3rd Article 28.6 of the word "taking into account Rules of rendering services of mail service" "according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation,";

2) Article 30.2 to add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1.
