About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 17, 2012 No. 273 "About enhancement of activities and procedure for financing of the carriers transporting passengers common carrier"
In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 25, 2019 "About implementation of the automated journey payment system in case of passenger traffic by common carrier", and also for the purpose of streamlining of funding mechanism for the carriers occupied with accomplishment of regular city passenger traffic, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. 948:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 17, 2012 No. 273 "About enhancement of activities and procedure for financing of the carriers transporting passengers common carrier" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2012, No. 9, the Art. 68) according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Zh. Ramatov.

1. Add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Grant the right to local executive bodies in coordination with the Ministry of transport and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make changes and additions to the list of tariff plans of regular city passenger traffic".
