In pursuance of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About urban passenger transportation", "About road transport", "About streamlining of free use of urban passenger transportation" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for determination of passenger turnover and the number of the passengers transported by automobile and electric common carrier on city, suburban, long-distance, international routes and hourly transportations in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for financing and indemnification of the carriers occupied with accomplishment of regular city passenger traffic of the population in connection with rendering services in limiting rates in the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 09.06.2018 No. 434

3. To the ministries and departments to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
