About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities" on streamlining of single questions of the organization and activities of military civil authorities
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About military civil authorities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 13, Art. 87 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. The fourth to state the paragraph to part one of Article 1 in the following edition:
"Military civil authorities of settlements are temporary state bodies which perform in the territories of the corresponding territorial communities approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, power rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils, executive bodies rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils, rural, settlement, city heads and other powers determined by this Law".
2. In Article 3:
the fifth to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:
"In case of formation of military civil authorities of settlements of power corresponding rural, settlement, city, district in the cities (in case of their creation) councils, rural, settlement, city Chapters stop from the date of appointment of the head of such military civil authorities. Powers of executive bodies of the specified councils, offices of these councils and their executive committees, official and officials of local self-government who work in such bodies and devices stop from the date of, the decision making by the specified head of military civil authorities of settlements following behind day about possibility of these military civil authorities to perform the powers referred by the law to maintaining executive bodies of village, settlement, city councils";
