Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6609; 2010, No. 21, Art. 2602; 2011, No. 9, Art. 1251; 2012, No. 52, Art. 7491; 2013, No. 35, Art. 4521; 2015, No. 6, Art. 965; 2019, No. 5, Art. 384; No. 6, Art. 533; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2115):

"60(1). The projects of regulatory legal acts in the field of business and other economic activity containing mandatory requirements which are connected with implementation of business and other economic activity and which assessment of observance is performed within the state control (supervision), municipal control, administrative prosecution, provision of licenses and other permissions, accreditation, assessment of conformity of products, other forms of assessment and examination, and also projects of the regulatory legal acts governing the relations in the field of the organization and implementation of the state control (supervision), the relation on collection of taxes and charges in the Russian Federation, the relations arising in the course of implementation of tax control, appeal of acts of tax authorities, actions (failure to act) of their officials, the relation in the field of creation, reorganization and liquidation of legal entities and implementation of the activities by them the relations in the field of establishment, application and execution of mandatory requirements to products or the related design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization and utilization, to performance of works and rendering services, in the field of procedure and regulations of customs affairs in the Russian Federation, in the field of assessment of conformity, in the field of safety of production processes, and also in scope of measures of responsibility for violations of the law of the Russian Federation in the specified spheres, are subject to assessment of the regulating impact which is carried out by federal executive bodies according to the procedure, determined by the Government.";
