According to Article 254 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 6-2 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Add part one of Item 5-1 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 329, after the words "6 months" words ", and concerning the specified goods exported till December 31, 2021 inclusive - within 12 months can be established,".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
