About change of the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 38 of February 17, 2017 about approval of forms of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance and Methodological regulations about procedure for their creation

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of article 11 of the Law on financial accounting No. 113/2007 and based on provisions of articles 71-74 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 I ORDER:

1. To change the name of the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 38/2017 in the following edition:

"Order on approval of structure, structure, format of forms of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance and Methodological regulations on procedure for their creation".

2. Approve report structure about budget implementation of the national social insurance, according to appendix No. 1.

3. Appendices No. 1,2 and 3 will become appendices No. 2,3 and 4.

4. In appendix No. 2 "Structure and format of performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance" and in appendix No. 3 "Methodological regulations about procedure for creation of Performance reports of the budget of the national social insurance" in all text to replace:

- the phrase "The chairman of National cash desk of social insurance" on the phrase "The director of National cash desk of social insurance";

- the phrase "Chief of head department of finance and social insurance" on the phrase "The chief of head department of finance".

5. In appendix No. 3 part "General provisions" in paragraph 4:
