1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 395/2017 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State Tax Administration (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 181-189, 484), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 8 to add 1) with subitems 14) and 15) of the following content:

"14) implementation of criminal prosecution concerning the crimes provided by Articles 241-242, 244, 244-1, 250-253 and 335-1 Criminal codes of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002;

15) implementation of special search activities concerning the crimes carried to its competence according to the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003.";

2) in Item 9:

letter q) the subitem 1) to state in the following edition:

"q) manages information system of the State Tax Administration and develops it. Approves Regulations on content and procedure for management of information system of the State Tax Administration, and also order of registration, changes and removals of information from it";

subitem 2):

add with letter and-1) the following content:

"a-1) manages the Register of payment and bank accounts of physical persons and legal entities and updates it";
