1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 2.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Regulations on procedure for execution of military service in Armed forces approved by the Order of the Government No. 941/2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 138-141, 1026), with subsequent changes, makes the following changes:

To add 1) with Items 7-1 and 7-2 of the following content:

"7-1. The military personnel of conscription service receives cash allowance in the amount of 150 lei.

The serviceman of conscription service who is part of the military contingent for providing ceasefire regime in the safety area, the cash allowance is established in the amount of 175 lei irrespective of post in the contingent.
