Part 3 of Article 7 to add 1) with Item 8.1 of the following content:

2) international organizations or international social movements;

3) foreign citizens or stateless persons (except for the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Russian Federation);

4) the non-profit organizations, the unregistered public associations or physical persons performing functions of the foreign agent;

5) the citizens of the Russian Federation who did not reach age of 16 years on the date of transfer (transfer) of money and (or) other property;

6) anonymous donors.
