1) Article 6 to add with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. The services rendered when implementing town-planning activities exclusively electronically can be determined by the government of the Russian Federation if other is not established by this Code, other Federal Laws. The procedure for rendering these services is electronically established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) in Article 33:
a) regarding 4 words of "thirty days" shall be replaced with words "twenty five days";
b) in part 5 of the word of "thirty days" shall be replaced with words "twenty five days";
c) add with part 5.1 following of content:
