About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective realization of parliamentary control

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 27, Art. 382; 2011, 10, the Art. 63) after the word "annually" to add No. with words and figure "till February 1".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 50, Art. 472; 2000, No. 41, Art. 343; 2004, No. 13, Art. 181):

Part the second Article 2 to exclude 1);

Part the seventh Article 9 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 20-1:

state part one in the following edition:

"The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine annually till March 15 submits the report on the activities which at meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is submitted by the Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine";

the second to exclude part.

3. Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights" (1998, 20, the Art. 99) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
