1. Item 1 of the Order of the Government No. 165/2010 on the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector (2010, 35, Art. 219), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"1. Since May 1, 2021 the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector (at the self-supporting companies, the organizations, organizations, irrespective of type of property and form of business, further - the companies) will constitute leu 17,37 in hour, or 2935 lei the month estimated from the average duration of working hours of 169 hours in month."
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
