About the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector
According to provisions of the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 50-52, 336) and on the basis of the Collective agreement (national level) No. 9 of January 28, 2010. The government DECIDES:
1. Since April 1, 2022 the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector (at the self-supporting companies, the organizations, organizations, irrespective of type of property and form of business, further - the companies) will constitute leu 20,71 in hour, or 3500 lei the month estimated from the average duration of working hours of 169 hours in month.

In case of application of tariff wage system by the companies or in case of application of non-tariff wage system the cumulative monthly amount of compensation of one worker cannot be below the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector established by the Government after consultations with social partners.

6. Along with establishment of the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector earlier established base pay cannot be reduced, except as according to part (2) article 20 of the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002.
6-1. The state companies, the companies with the prevailing state capital and the exclusive companies determined by the Government at which the size of the tariff charge of the I qualification category exceeds the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector provided in Items 1 and 4 of this Resolution perform further increase in the tariff charge of the I qualification category only in direct dependence on increase in production (works, services) in the comparable prices by the corresponding period of previous year on condition of growth of amount of goods sold in current prices, availability of profit on its realization and profitability of production.
In cases when the total growth of consumer price index from the moment of the previous increase in the tariff charge of the I qualification category exceeds production volume surplus (works, services) in the comparable prices, the company having the necessary financial resources having the right to raise the tariff charge of the I qualification category in process of growth of consumer price index.
