In the Order of the Government No. 159/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of financial support (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 48 - 57, Art. 184), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
And in Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "financial support" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name "annual financial support";
2) in the Provision:
a) in the name and in all text of the word "financial support" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "annual financial support" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in Item 1 to state the concept "partial compensation of expenses" of the following edition:
"partial compensation of expenses - the single payment provided for partial compensation of expenses on transportation from abroad of bodies of the died citizens of the Republic of Moldova or the expenses incurred on cremation of body of the died citizen of the Republic of Moldova abroad and transportation of ballot box with ashes of the dead to the Republic of Moldova according to this Provision.";
c) state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The citizen of the Republic of Moldova living in its territory for 6 months (irrespective of, this term continuous is or not) in the last 12 months preceding month of filing of application about provision of partial compensation of expenses which proves that he incurred expenses on transportation of body of the died citizen of the Republic of Moldova and/or ballot box with ashes of the dead, according to this Provision from abroad has the right to partial compensation of expenses";
d) state Item 9 in the following edition:
