About modification of some regulations
(Law on deoffshorization)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 6 to add 1) with the Item f-1) of the following content:
"f-1) approval according to the offer of Service on the prevention and anti-money laundering after consultations with National Bank of Moldova and the National commission on the financial market of technique of determination of the jurisdictions which are not meeting international standards of transparency, and also the list of relevant jurisdictions for the purpose of this law;".
2. Part (Article 26 to add 1) with Item d) the following content:
"d) the physical persons and legal entities registered, with the location or performing the main economic activity in the jurisdictions or autonomous regions which are not meeting international standards of transparency and also legal entities as a part of whom one or several persons (founders, participants, shareholders, administrators, vygodopriobretayushchy owners) registered appear directly or indirectly, with the location or performing the main economic activity in similar jurisdictions or autonomous regions.".
3. Part (Article 60 to add 1) with the Item a-1) of the following content:
"a-1) observance of the mode of incompatibility, stipulated in Item d) parts (1) Article 26;".
4. Add Article 63 with part (1-1) following contents:
