No. 1025 "About approval of models of assembly records of civil status, descriptions and samples of forms of certificates on state registration of acts of civil status" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 86, Art. 3026; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2257) and of July 10, 2019 No. 691 "About implementation of the pilot project on creating favorable conditions for realization of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, Art. 2257; 2020, No. 10, the Art. 384) changes which are applied.
