The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of social policy, the Ministry of Finance, Public migratory service and State agency on electronic control concerning implementation during 2020-2022 of the pilot project on creating favorable conditions for realization of the rights of the child by providing opportunities:

to parents of the newborn child to receive during state registration of the birth complex service "єМалятко" which consists of state registration of the birth of the child and his origin, registration of the residence, purpose of government assistance in case of the birth of the child, purpose of child allowance which are brought up in large families, entering of information about the child into the Register of patients which is kept in the central database of electronic health care system, registration of the child in the State register of physical persons - taxpayers, certification of parents of large family and the child from large family, determination of belonging of the newborn child to citizenship of Ukraine, entering of information on the newborn child into the Unified state demographic register with assignment of unique number of record in it;

to the child's parents aged up to 14 years to register (including at the same time with removal from registration of the previous residence), to remove from registration its residence by submission of documents electronically;
