About change of the laws concerning transportation of dangerous goods and industrial safety

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 No. 32-Z "About transportation of dangerous goods" the following changes:
1. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of transportation of dangerous goods
The relations in the field of transportation of dangerous goods are governed by the legislation in the field of transportation of dangerous goods, and also the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus and other international legal acts containing obligations of the Republic of Belarus.
The legislation in the field of transportation of dangerous goods is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus, this Law, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus and other acts of the legislation regulating transportation of dangerous goods, including technical regulatory legal acts.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
2. To state the name of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 2 STATE REGULATION, STATE SUPERVISION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF WORKS ON ENSURING SAFE TRANSPORTATION OF THE DANGEROUS GOODS".
3. In Article 6 of the word to "situations of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word to "situations".
4. In Article 8:
to exclude from paragraphs of the third and fourth word "Republic of Belarus";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"establishes procedure for issue of certificates on training of workers of the subjects of transportation occupied with transportation of dangerous goods, their duplicates;";
