About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2018 to No. 1200 "About creation of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the forms of the Decision on administrative detention and the Protocol of administrative detention approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 28, 2012 No. 608, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 7, 2012 for No. 917/21229 (with changes), such changes:
shall be replaced with words the words "Public Fiscal Service of Ukraine" "The State Customs Service of Ukraine";
the words "body of the income and charges" in all cases shall be replaced with words "customs authority" in the corresponding cases.
2. Bring in the forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 31, 2012 No. 652, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 20, 2012 for No. 1015/21327 (with changes), such changes:
