ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE

of May 31, 2012 No. 652

About approval of forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense

(as amended on 20-10-2020)

According to Articles 490, of 494, of 498, 500 - 505, 508, 509, 511, 513 - 517, 522 - 527 Customs codes of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 No. 4495-VI and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve such forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense which are applied:

protocol on customs offense;

appendix to the protocol on customs offense;

protocol of poll;

protocol on temporary withdrawal of goods, vehicles and documents;

appendix to the protocol on temporary withdrawal of goods, vehicles and documents;

protocol on customs inspection;

the protocol on presentation of goods, vehicles and documents for identification;

resolution on purpose of examination;

the resolution on sampling it is also model;

the protocol on receipt of tests and samples for conducting examination;

appendix to the protocol on receipt of tests and samples for conducting examination;

the resolution on the case of customs offense.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of fight against smuggling, risk analysis and anti-corruption of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Popivnyak O. I.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. To customs authorities to produce forms of forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense independently by means of the computer equipment with observance of the established forms.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of April 21, 2003 No. 261 "About approval of forms of procedural documents on cases on customs offense", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 05, 2003 for No. 348/7669.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of the introduction in action of the Customs code of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 No. 4495-VI, but not earlier than day of official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Derivolkov S. D.
