"1. These rules on assignment of postal indexes in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 7) of Item 1 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2016 "About mail" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for assignment of postal indexes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) the National operator of mail - the operator of mail determined by authorized body in the field of mail, created in form of business of joint-stock company which controlling stock is owned by national managing holding to whom the obligations provided by the Law are assigned;";

"Chapter 2. Procedure for assignment of postal indexes in the Republic of Kazakhstan";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Maintaining single base of postal indexes in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed by the National operator of mail according to these rules.";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
