About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of registration of vehicles

For the purpose of determination of procedure for execution of electronic passports of vehicles, self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment, and also support of national production, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-Procedure for execution of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment according to appendix 4.";

"-the safety construction certificate of the vehicle granted by the accredited laboratory included in the Unified register of accredited bodies on assessment of conformity of the Eurasian Economic Union on the vehicles imported into the republic from the states which are not state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (it is represented only the legal entity or the registered physical person as the individual entrepreneur);";
